CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Due to scheduling and routing reasons, deposit is fully refundable up to 3 business days prior to the first estimated move/pick-up date stated on the Estimate. If you cancel your move less than 3 business days prior to the first estimated pick-up or load date, or you cancel your move after the truck has arrived to attempt services then you are not entitled to a refund of any payments made, but can apply your payment to a future move within one year of the date of cancellation. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must notify Moving Depot of your intent to cancel the estimate in writing via email to [email protected]. BY AGREEING TO MAKE A PAYMENT, YOU AGREE TO OUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY IMPORTANT: You understand that this form of payment is provided as an alternative payment option.  By agreeing to make a payment with a credit card, you agree to pay a convenience fee.  You understand that credit card convenience fee is 3% of the amount due.   This convenience fee is waived for deposit payments.
